ABOUT
Hi, I'm Margaret
I’m a paediatric Speech Pathologist, mum, and the founder of Total Communication Speech Pathology.
With over 17 years of experience, I’ve worked with children and families across Europe and Australia — in hospitals, schools, and within the community.
I’m a published clinician and provide supervision and mentoring to other allied health professionals, supporting best practice across the field.
I believe children learn best when learning is fun, family-centred, engaging, and strengths-based. Every child deserves to feel affirmed in their unique way of being, and my approach is always playful, practical, and grounded in the latest evidence. My goal is for children to feel supported to grow their voice, in their own time, and in their own way.
When I’m not creating online resources or presenting parent workshops, I still love providing one-on-one speech therapy in my clinic in Bondi Beach. This remains a deep passion of mine, and I believe it is incredibly important to stay hands-on in the field. My clinical areas of interest are language delays and disorders, neurodiversity affrming practice and AAC.
